Supply issues in the real estate industry are still a major concern.  We had 5000 active listings on our MLS very consistently from 2015-2019. We saw this dip down to about 1300 during the worst of the pandemic in 2020. We went back up to about 2000 in 2021, but are now back down under 1400.
